A warm Revenue Enterprises welcome to Shawna Talles! Revenue Enterprises’ new Director of Client Experience Management.
Revenue Enterprises is excited to announce Shawna Talles, as our new Director of Client Experience Management. Shawna is no stranger to healthcare having worked in the industry for many years. In her new role, Shawna plans on meeting with clients to understand them, their business, their goals for 2023 and how Revenue Enterprises can be a partner in achieving those goals. Her passion for healthcare as a whole and the relationships she has nurtured through the years with the help of HFMA, will give Shawna the tools she needs to be successful for Revenue Enterprises and our clients. In short, she is focused on delivering customer service excellence both internally and externally.
Shawna has spent most of her career in the health insurance side of healthcare, but her leadership position within HFMA has given her a new perspective. She’s been a member of the Montana Chapter of HFMA since 2016 and currently serves as the President Elect for the chapter. This has greatly contributed to her understanding and deep appreciation for the provider’s side of the healthcare industry. The knowledge gained from her peers and the educational opportunities HFMA provides have given her the opportunity to be involved in the solutions to reducing the cost of healthcare.
When she’s not busy being an industry thought leader, Shawna enjoys spending time with her husband and fur-babies, Jax & Oreo. She loves camping during the summer, always spending her time in Fort Peck, Montana near her hometown. During the winter her and her family always look forward to the holidays and completing indoor projects. Shawna is always ready to go anywhere her outdoor adventures may take her. This has been an eventful end of the year for Shawna as she not only started a new career, but also welcomed a new member to the family in November as her daughter married their now son-in-law in Kauai, HI.
With her vast experiences in healthcare and great company culture fit, Shawna makes a valuable additional to the Revenue Enterprises team.
