Welcome, Ron Jones, Revenue Enterprises’ new Director of Operations!
Ron Jones has joined the Revenue Enterprises team as the new Director of Operations bringing his extensive knowledge of Contact Centers & Customer Experience. Ron has worked in Customer Experience virtually his entire career. He began his journey locally in Denver, Colorado’s restaurant industry, but his career growth eventually took him abroad. He has spent two decades working in the Tech Support, E-Commerce, and Automotive industries throughout the Asia Pacific/Greater China, Middle East, and African markets.
Ron has now decided to return to the United States to engage in his favorite work activity: Growing a business through people development!
Ron has set short- and long-term goals he plans to achieve with Revenue Enterprises. First and foremost, he wants to learn the ins and outs of the Revenue Enterprises, the team, and the clients we partner with. He wants to elevate the excellent service provided by Revenue Enterprise to world-class levels for our clients, their patients, and our team. Ron wants to establish the longevity of that world-class service in every aspect of the business.
When asked what excited him most about working for Revenue Enterprises, Ron said: “This team’s approach to business! I have had an opportunity to Process Audit 200+ operations in 24 countries and the Revenue Enterprises leadership group is in the top 3 of the companies I have engaged with in Leadership approach.”
Although a seasoned world traveler, Ron is no stranger to Rural Communities. His first job at the age of twelve was being a Cowboy near Gillette, Wyoming. He also spent summers on a Drum Corps bus competing across the United States and Canada starting at the age of thirteen. He is an avid skier, whose motto is “the steeper, the better”.
Ron is always looking to connect with new people and provide his advice regarding international travel, especially to the APAC region, or discuss strategies on how to provide World Class Contact Center Customer Experiences. Revenue Enterprises is excited to have someone with his knowledge and experience as part of the team!
