I don’t believe I should be billed as it’s incorrect. Shanae has done a ton and I literally mean a ton of work and following up with me on my account. She did a tremendous job, very confident, knowledgeable, speaks very clearly and is very compassionate. I broke my neck so I know I will have a lot more bills and I really hope all your reps are like Shanae.
