Customized statements, and letters may be developed and generated on behalf of your facility. Statements and letters are supplemented by live telephone, broadcast messaging and predictive dialer| efforts from Clear Health Finance Solutions (CHFS). Branded payment portals are also available to offer online payment solutions and eStatements to your patients. Accounts are generally referred to CHFS at 0-90 days from the date of service or designation as self-pay after insurance. The length of Early-Out/Pre- Collection programs typically run 90-120 days for optimal recovery, prior to being considered for bad debt referral. CHFS adopts your policies, procedures, and our efforts protect, and enhance your image with patients in the community and marketplace.
